The latest Muse album (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=70CB761W), which, personally, I really like.
The soundtrack to The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=ROB8KUQ9), which is absolutely lovely and so, so melancholy.
The album First Rodeo by Honeyhoney (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=AP4LHBQI). I happen to find it adorable.
Now, for single songs: Life on Mars (http://www.box.net/shared/qupyv9rr3a) as performed by Seu Jorge for the soundtrack of The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou. I love the original song, and I do really enjoy Seu Jorge's covers.
Perfect Lovesong (http://www.box.net/shared/cg3lo6vnz1) by the Divine Comedy, for whom I have a huge, huge weakness.
It's Not That Easy (http://www.box.net/shared/0dmstob6on) by Erin McCarley, the lyrics to which I linked you earlier.
Three O'Clock in the Morning (http://www.box.net/shared/nd6ovso3as) as performed by Paul Whiteman's Orchestra, because waltzes are my Achilles heel when it comes to music (SHUSH) and askldfhaev. This one was mentioned in The Great Gatsby, interestingly enough. (Her glance left me and sought the lighted top of the steps, where THREE O’CLOCK IN THE MORNING, a neat, sad little waltz of that year, was drifting out the open door. After all, in the very casualness of Gatsby’s party there were romantic possibilities totally absent from her world. What was it up there in the song that seemed to be calling her back inside? What would happen now in the dim, incalculable hours? Perhaps some unbelievable guest would arrive, a person infinitely rare and to be marvelled at, some authentically radiant young girl who with one fresh glance at Gatsby, one moment of magical encounter, would blot out those five years of unwavering devotion.)
Someday My Prince Will Come (http://www.box.net/shared/scgt72ztai) as performed by Miles Davis. It's my favorite song on the CD from which this particular track hails.
Brightly Wound (http://www.box.net/shared/t7x2s2eyb7) by Eisley. I have no real comments on this. Maybe because I'm getting lazy.
Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This) (http://www.box.net/shared/paincg0la2) as covered by Marilyn Manson, because I actually can't help myself.
The Story (http://www.box.net/shared/1tqsyj1dov) by Brandi Carlile. Personally, I love the grit of her voice. I know people who don't. :B
The Big Sleep (http://www.box.net/shared/5sszvzkcrd), by Gaspard Royant, as featuring in the film Un conte de Noël.
And finally, Bottle It Up (http://www.box.net/shared/snlo2eydr0) by Sara Bareilles. It's lovely, and I like it.
Also, if you want the extended (e.g. Rog went and looked up the tracks that were not on the official soundtrack and pastedededede them on) soundtrack to Inglourious Basterds? Hit me up.
Also, oh my god I have to start thinking about a Halloween costume. I kind of want to dress up as Mr. Blonde except for the fact that no one will get it. I really need better ideas.
UM, MEMES. I am a total failure at this. What Fi said.
In the meantime, have Til Schweiger being precious (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pytt851sNQ0) and Christoph Waltz being interviewed in the same place but with slightly better camerawork (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EW5j3e-6_kQ). Also, LET'S DO THAT ONE MORE TIME. WHY? BECAUSE WE LOOOVE MAKING MOOVIIIIES (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=riIsl9iaAGs).
