When I was interning at Topcow comics, they had the rights for the A-Team movie and were planning on making it. It fell through. I'm not sure I can see Liam Neeson as Hannibal, but it all depends on how well he can chew that cigar and say "I love it when a plan comes together."
However, the fact that the A-Team really is just a bunch of explosions and stuff with a plot for an excuse, it's kinda hard to really ruin. =D

I'm just telling myself, "Well, he did play Qui-Gon Jinn and Raz Al Gul*, so he's not above the crazy making."
*Also, one of my favourite of his parts, Darkman.
