Proportions? Who needs proportions?
Fuji apples, peeled and cored. Filling: Dice golden raisins and currants, mix with chopped pecans. Soak with Port and heat in microwave or on stove. Mix with brown sugar, fresh cinnamon, fresh nutmeg. Fill apples and top with a pat of butter. Wrap in foil, bake at 325 until tender.
